Account deletion: you can delete your account at any time by following these steps in the app: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion will permanently remove your data from our system.
Subscription details:
- Our subscription plan "Marketme Premium" includes a 3-day free trial and is then billed at £8.99 per month.
- Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store (Android), the Apple App Store (iOS), or your account settings within the app.
- To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable, even after account deletion.
- Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies.
9. Mobile application — Marketme (MME)
We offer a mobile application called "Marketme (MME)" available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store), which provides subscription-based marketing services. The subscription includes a 3-day free trial followed by a charge of £8.99 per month on both platforms, as detailed below.
General terms (all platforms)
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Price changes: we will provide advance notice of any pricing changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised price.
- Account deletion: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel through your platform's subscription management settings separately.
- No partial refunds: unused portions of a billing period are not refunded upon cancellation, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
- Data privacy: all personal data collected through the app is governed by this Privacy Policy.
- Platform compliance: our app complies with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines regarding subscription services, including clear pricing disclosure, easy cancellation processes, and transparent billing practices.
Currency note: all prices are in British Pounds (GBP, £). The exact amount charged may vary by region due to applicable taxes or platform currency conversion. The price shown at the point of purchase in the App Store or Google Play is the authoritative amount.
10. Data retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
11. International data transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information.
12. Children's privacy

13. Child safety & CSAE policy

Prohibition of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Marketme and IBCTEC Ltd maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Any content, behaviour, or activity that sexually exploits or abuses minors is explicitly prohibited on the Marketme platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation, sharing, distribution, or solicitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any violation will result in immediate and permanent account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
In-app reporting mechanism. Marketme provides all users with an in-app mechanism to report content or behaviour that may violate our Child Safety policy. Users can submit a report directly within the app at any time. All reports are reviewed promptly by our trust and safety team and acted upon without delay. No report will be ignored or dismissed.
Handling of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). If CSAM is identified on the Marketme platform, IBCTEC Ltd will take the following immediate steps:
- Immediately remove the content and permanently suspend the associated account.
- Preserve all relevant evidence as required by applicable law.
- Report the material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
- Report to UK authorities including the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and the National Crime Agency (NCA).
- Cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
